The Greater Lewes Foundation promotes philanthropy and develops charitable leadership.
Consider us dream catchers. We’re here to assist generous individual and group donors achieve their vision for charitable giving. Their dreams becoming guiding lights not only for themselves but for others in our community.
Besides managing charitable funds, board members of the GLF are actively involved in our community, exploring ways for the Foundation to help with important longer-term issues and projects.
Please be part of our cause in any way you see fit. Give to support a cause or help a charitable organization, start a foundation, take part in important community initiatives and never stop believing in the power of community.
The Foundation's annual meeting will take place at the Lewes Public Library on April 12, with Sen. Chris Coons as the keynote speaker. For more information, please contact the GLF at 644-0107.
The GLF has successfully concluded a three-year effort to assist the City of Lewes with the purchase of a 5.5 acre parcel of land known as the “Gateway Project.”
