Addressing the loss of open space in greater Lewes has become a prominent and heartfelt priority in our community. The Open Space Alliance Campaign has provided an opportunity for residents to take action. The 4th Street Preserve & Ard na Gréine properties total 119 acres of forested and open land that can be permanently protected as open space. With the community’s support, our goal is to purchase these properties by 2026.
