Lewes resident Mary Dupont has launched an effort to develop a “Plaza Latino” in Georgetown, a food and shopping district with a distinct Latino flavor and appeal. The small business development classes and counseling she is providing are benefitting hundreds of Latino entrepreneurs in Sussex County.
